Feline infectious peritonitis (FIP) is a well known previously fatal disease of kittens and cats. However recent medicine advancements mean FIP can now be successfully treated and cured and our clinic is able to offer FIP treatment to Perth cats
We stock the life saving FIP medication and our veterinarians are experienced in the diagnosis and treatment of FIP. We can offer FIP diagnosis, treatment and support to clients and their cats here in Western Australia.

High blood pressure (hypertension) is a common condition in cats over 7 years of age and if left undetected it is damaging to your cat’s eyes, kidneys, heart and brain.
The aim of regular blood pressure screening is to detect hypertension BEFORE these often irreversible side effects can occur as there are often no obvious external signs that your cat is suffering from hypertension.

Just like for humans, taking a blood pressure is easy to do during a routine appointment for your cat. Most cats tolerate this extremely well as it is a very low stress procedure and only takes a few minutes.

Cats often develop behaviour problems that can be difficult to manage and resolve. We understand that these situations can often be frustrating and stressful and as part of our clinic’s feline-focused care, we offer cat behaviour consultations with Dr. Leah.
Dr. Leah is passionate about feline behaviour and has undergone further study and courses in this area, as well as having experience managing numerous behaviour problems in cats.
