For other insurance companies we forward your pet’s information on to them directly at their request after you have made your claim, which we always do promptly to ensure there is minimal delay in processing your claim.

Open Pay is a ‘purchase now, pay later’ payment plan solution for the times you may not have available funds right away, but will be able to pay later on. By utilising this service, it ensures you can pay for the required veterinary care without delay, and settle it later when you are able.
